The Centre for Warmth is a welcoming space offering practical support, trusted advice, and a friendly face. Whether you’ve got questions about your energy bill or just want to share a cuppa at our Breakfast Club, we’re here to help.
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30–11:00 for a free breakfast and advice.

WHAT
IS A
PSR
PSR EXPLAINED
The PSR ( Priority Service Register) is a free UK wider service offering extra help if you have communication, access or safety needs. It makes sure your utility provider knows you might need extra support, especially during emergencies like power cuts.

Being on the PSR means you’ll be looked after, as a priority, when you need it most.
Think you might be eligible come in and have a chat.
THE DANGER OF CARBON MONOXIDE
Carbon Monoxide is a silent danger, it is odourless and tasteless and can cause serious illness or even death if undetected.
Every year, around 4,000 people in England end up in A&E due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Carbon Monoxide poisoning is preventable, and we can help by giving you a free detector raising awareness of the risks.

Heres what to watch out for:

Lazy Yellow or Orange Flames (Instead of crisp blue ones)

Dark Marks or staining around appliances.

Pilot Lights that Keep Blowing out

Lots of condensation on windows
If you suspect a leak turn of applicances open all windows and leave the property

Need some support with groceries? We’ve got you. Local residents can join our Food Pantry for just £6 per week giving you:

Each item in the pantry is given either one, two or three points

For £6 you are given 15 points to spend on food and essentials.

Access to fresh fruit and veg (completely free)

Milk, bread, eggs, tins and more

A chance to save £1 weekly with Leeds Credit Union
